• Get to goal weight by Spring.
To do this I need to:-
Eat well by keeping portions under control and eating 80/20.
Exercise frequently by utilizing programs like couch to 5km, joining a gym (omg I have to PAY for this?) and finding a martial arts club.
Lose approximately 18.7kg because I'm unsure what my goal weight should be since I've never been smaller than I am now. But it's about half a kilo a week.
Finally wear my Roxy jeans which was the original goal.
Fit into size 10-12 clothing.
• Run a 5km fun run. Walk / run City to Surf. Complete the Adrenalin Variety Santa Fun Run.
To do this I need to:-
Get my feet and gait reassessed at Running Science to make sure I run in the right shoes.
Purchase running shoes.
Start Couch to 5km training (again)
Have a regular massage or manipulation to help avoid injury.
Learn to rehab properly where necessary.
Accept if I have to walk and not run for my own well being rather than get stubborn or sooky about situations beyond my control.
• Create good daily habits. Like taking my multi vitamins and keeping a good skincare routine.
I have everything I need, I just need to do it.
• Face my fear of the dentist and go in for a clean and check up.
I haven't been to the dentist since I was in primary school and the dental bus used to come in. I never had a fear then I don't know where it's come from now since I've never had any work done.
• Finish wedding planning and get married without having a meltdown or turning into a bridezilla.
• De clutter, de clutter, de clutter! I think this might be a never ending task. Even more so for a natural hoarder like me.
To do this I need to:-
Learn to utilize that great resource we have known as eBay to sell things.
Actually sell any thing un needed and of any value to put some coin back in my pocket.
Learn to deal with stuff once then find a place for it or throw it out (probably more of a 5 year plan).
Get a filing cabinet for important papers.
Organise a filing system and use it.
• Work on our finances and budget to minimize debt.
To do this I need to:-
Analyse our situation post wedding.
Continue to pay more than I need to on loans.
Divert extra funds to loan account to minimize interest.
Not take out any further finance options.
Take lunches to work 4 days a week like I used to rather than buying.
